I invite you to experience 'MOORE'
through therapy honoring the Christian faith and using the latest developments in Cognitive & Neuro-Linguistics to assist you in addressing limiting beliefs and troublesome behaviors that keep you from living the life you want.
Beliefs are commands to the nervous system telling the body and physiology how to feel and respond. Most of our operating beliefs function unconsciously. This means that they function totally out of our conscious awareness and thus run on "automatic." They control our thoughts, feelings and behaviors - our very mind-body system. It is no wonder that many of us have unhelpful, irrational, and even untrue beliefs that lead to a variety of mental health symptoms that affect the spirit, mind, will, emotions and the body.
On the upside, emotional discomfort can create a motivation for change.
Treatment begins with identifying the patterns of feelings, thoughts and behaviors that are not serving you. Stop! Take a moment to think about how limiting beliefs are negatively affecting you both in your personal life and in your relationships. In addition, these limiting beliefs may very well be contributing to physical problems. We know that limiting beliefs affect our immune system negatively.
Are you now feeling, thinking about or talking to yourself about a need for change? Would you like to "renew your mind?"
If so, continue reading....
